Has anyone mentioned “2040: Reconnection; A “Thousand Tales” Story”, by Kris Schnee (December 2015), in the novella category?
I thought 2015 would be easier to make my nomination because I was supposedly Paying Attention… silly horse.
I just want to remind people that the lengths for the different categories have been changed such that some pieces listed in this thread as novellas will count as short stories this year. For instance, I listed “Brush and Sniff” by mwalimu as a novella, but it actually counts a short story now.
Three works of mine are eligible for 2015:
-“Thousand Tales: How We Won the Game” (novel)
-“2040: Reconnection” (novella)
-“Ivan and the Black Riders” (short story, in “Roar #6”)
