Posting for those who may have missed the tweets about them… Two very informative blog posts by Fred Pattern on furry publishing from the early fanzine days all the way to the current publishers – good read both for the history and for a pretty comprehensive rundown on the traditional publishing options available to writers in the fandom today.
I’m surprised Fred didn’t include Legion, since it’s run by a fur and Fred has published there himself. Otherwise, nice article!

Legion Publishing, in Birmingham, Alabama, may be run by a fur, but it wasn’t created to be a furry small press; even if most of the books that it’s published so far are furry.
