…other than Fred Patten over at Flayrah, and @FurReviews on Twitter, I don’t know of any book reviewers within furry fandom. Do we have a list somewhere? I’m hoping for people specific to furry fandom; I know lots of SF/F reviewers, but I’d like some people who reach a furry audience.
I was going to say Weasel Wordsmith, but it looks as if his site’s been down for a while. Watts Martin (Chipotle) writes the occasional book review, and I’ve posted a couple on Flayrah myself.
Have you thought of making your ebooks available at Bad Dog Books? (baddogbooks.com) That might help with the furry dissemination.
And why does everything I pair with the adjective ‘furry’ sound filthy?
That’s pretty much it, unfortunately. The closest thing we have to a list is on the Recommended Reading page, but it’s basically Flayrah, FurReviews, and Claw & Quill, which has so far just done one. Pyrostinger has done some reviews sporadically on his Tumblr, but it’s been a couple months since the last one.
If there are any others writing reviews in the fandom on a regular basis, I don’t know about them. I’d love to see a group blog started just for furry book reviews one of these days.
(Edited to add: Lauren Rivers has also done some book reviews on FA, aiming for one a month, but I think she has books lined up for the next few months at least.)
Voice reviews everything he reads and posts them on his GoodReads account
Voice, Ocean?
Huskyteer, I don’t see any information on BadDogBooks there about how to distribute to their site… and I have some tremendous number of things I’d have to port over, and the accounting/management is giving me hives just thinking about it. I’m already quitting Smashwords because They Can’t Find Their Tails with a Map and a Lantern. :,

I’ll go kick his butt to reply to this
He’s talking about me.
I review everything I read, and have reviewed two of your books on Goodreads already. I have also read other furry works.
You can find links to my goodreads account in my signature.
Ah ha, I see! And you liked my fluffy G/G quasi-romance, I see. I hear what you’re saying about the furry elements being pasted on… that was… intentional, actually. Zalitraeq was something I designed with another artist, and we’d been intending it as a visual medium. And an over-the-top ‘because it’s pretty’ sort of thing. I have had to shoehorn the ‘why furry’ parts in later.
If I ever have unlimited time, there’s a duology waiting in that setting. But I have too much work to do right now to get to it, alas, because having her illustrate it would be fun.
I look forward to reading more of your work. Claws and Starships brought around such strong emotions while I was reading it that I can’t help but want more.
I own three of your books and I WILL to review them. When I get around to reading them.
Hee!
Honestly, short stories are hard for me. I work best at novel-length, or longer.
Yay!
Which is your favorite novel length piece you’ve done? I will look into getting it and doing a review.

Hmm. I’d be hard-pressed to choose a favorite… but a lot of people are asking me for more novels about the characters from Mindtouch (http://www.amazon.com/Mindtouch-Dreamhealers-1-M-C-Hogarth-ebook/dp/B00DFL379M/), so that’s what I’d recommend.
Isiah Jacobs has created quite a few video reviews of furry works. You can find them on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/user/FurReview/videos. He’s also on FA as Don46.
I can’t speak for more reviewers – I have been urging people to write reviews of furry books for Flayrah (usually without result), since Flayrah should have more reviewers than just me, and multiple reviews of the same books is fine – but if anyone wants their furry book reviewed on Flayrah by me, send a copy to:

Fred, that reminds me – did you ever get (or request) a copy of Hero’s Best Friend from the publisher? If not, I can try to contact them and see if they still have any review copies to send out.
Also, bear in mind that this board is visible to the general public, so I’m hoping your sister is okay with having her address given out.
I’ve started sending reviews into Flayrah.
My first one was ‘Claws and Starships’.
I requested a review copy of “Hero’s Best Friend” months ago, when it was published, but I never received one. I will still review it if I get it.
I have been giving out my sister’s address as my c/o address for over a year now, and her only complaint is that books always seem to arrive when she isn’t home, so they are delivered to her apartment house manager.
Voice, I saw your review posted on Flayrah. Keep 'em coming!
