Honestly I’d imagine that would depend on what’s on the cover. If it’s a noir-ish cover with no scantily-clad vixen, I’d think more violence than X-rated >.>

I have to force my mind to go to a sexual route. Though, if we want to talk about “this could be sexual”, I challenge you to think of any title that can’t be taken sexually. I think “Inhuman Acts” and I think torture. Which, thinking about it, still isn’t really noir.

Darn, I liked “Penumbra” and I admit I know absolutely nothing about videogames and am glad.
How about “Penumbral” then? To me, penumbra is the shadow of the earth as it falls across the moon in an eclipse, which is creepy and suggestive. It can also be the shadow of the moon as it blocks out the sun, also in an eclipse. The umbra is the deepest shadow, the penumbra is the gray part near the edge. It also contains the word “pen” (pun intended.)
