Ugh, phrasing 
This year shall be my sixth attempt at NaNo. Only a fool would attempt NaNo six times in a single year!
I thought it only happened twice a year. O.o

He mis-worded his first post. He’s done it six years in a row. The second sentence on his later post just refers to someone attempting to write that amount in each of six different months in a year, not to people actually participating in six actual NaNo competitions in the year.

Good luck to all who are participating! With at least four anthos I want to write for before April (two of which are due before the end of Jan), I won’t have the energy nor focus for this. Maybe next year.
