I think we ran the subject into the ground a bit because there’s a bit of relief that comes in finding those of similar opinion, not to mention the assumption that tends to come with such similar opinion that it’s safe to state as much without being deemed ‘not furry enough’ aka not part of the supposed fun crowd 
You do make a great point with the term ‘mate’ though, as well as with Shakespeare.
So, back to the topic of sonas or lack thereof, because it’s becoming a fascinating way of learning about the different people here!
